CONGRESS LANGUAGE:<\/strong> Official congress languages are Turkish and English. All presentations should be in Turkish or English. Presenting authors should select the preferred language of presentation at the time of abstract submission.<\/p>\n

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION: <\/strong>All submitted abstracts should be in English or Turkish. Abstract submission guidelines can be viewed by clicking the abstract submission button. Guidelines for full texts will be announced later.<\/p>\n

PRESENTATION FORMATS:<\/strong> Authors are welcome to submit their presentations either in oral paper presentation<\/em> or poster presentation<\/em> formats. Presentations can be made face-to-face or online. Participants should mark their preferences on this subject from the relevant button in the congress registration system.<\/p>\n

Oral Presentation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Participants should make their oral presentations within 20 minutes (15 minutes of oral presentation + 5 minutes of question\/answer session). There will be a computer with Microsoft Power Point and a projector for the participants to use in the halls where the presentation will be held. For other technical requirements, please contact hku.ooe2023@hku.edu.tr via e-mail.<\/p>\n

Poster Presentation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Participants will have the opportunity to exhibit and share the poster presentations they have prepared at the time and in the hall specified in the Congress Program.<\/p>\n

For poster and oral paper writing rules, they can get more information by clicking the “full text spelling rules” button on the main menu.<\/p>\n

CONGRESS VENUE: <\/strong>The congress venue is located at Hasan Kalyoncu University Congress Center.<\/p>\n

REGISTRATION DESK:\u00a0 <\/strong>Registration desk is located near the entrance area at the congress venue (Hasan Kalyoncu University Congress Center).<\/p>\n

NAME BADGE: <\/strong>All congress participants (presenters and accompanying persons) are asked to address themselves at the registration desk when they first arrive at the congress to collect their name badge. Name badges should be carried by all participants while at the congress venue.<\/p>\n

INVITATION LETTER: <\/strong>An invitation letter will be sent to the registered presenter\u2019s and participant\u2019s e-mail address. Thus, it is very important for the participants to provide an active e-mail address.<\/p>\n

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE:<\/strong> A certificate of attendance will be sent to presenters\u2019 and participants\u2019 e-mail address. Only registered participants who attended the congress will receive the certificate.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION POLICY: <\/strong>All fees are nonrefundable after October 1, 2023. Cancellation prior to October 1 will incur a 25% of the regular registration fee processing charge per Registration. Telephone cancellation is not accepted; certified mail is recommended. When submitting a refund request, please include the name and registration ID of each registrant, the name of the organization or person receiving the refund, and the address for where to mail the refund. There are no refunds for group registrations, only substitutions. Refund requests must be mailed to contact department. Refund requests will be processed after the Congress.<\/p>\n

ACCOMMODATION: Participants are responsible for their own accommodation arrangements. Please contact your confirmed hotel directly for changes and cancellations.<\/h4>\n
